We would like to inform you that the following personnel changes have taken place at Acsour: Alena Rakovskaya has been appointed to the position of Operations Director of Acsour.
Acsour is one of the leaders in the accounting functions outsourcing market, according to the RAEX rating. More than 150 specialists have been providing a full range of accounting, legal and personnel services to Russian and international companies for 13 years. Acsour's clients are represented in all sectors of the economy - more than 400 Russian and international companies.
Alena has more than 15 years of professional experience: since 2012, she has held leadership positions in the field of business process outsourcing. Alena joined the Acsour team in 2018 as head of the payroll department. Under her leadership, a number of large client projects were implemented and the company’s service portfolio was expanded. Alena’s professionalism and experience have made her a demanded respondent and speaker.
Alena’s new responsibilities include: ensuring high quality of services provided, supporting projects at the stage of implementing business process outsourcing and providing accounting methodology. The departments of accounting services, payroll services, HR administration and legal services came under Alena's leadership.
