The US Ministry of Finance has once again extended the license allowing companies with American capital operating in the Russian Federation to pay taxes in the Russian Federation in accordance with local legislation, despite sanctions restrictions against the Bank of Russia.
The payment of taxes in the Russian Federation will not be considered a violation of US sanctions legislation until August 17, 2023. The renewal or cancellation of this license will become known closer to its expiration date.
