Information of organizations on arrears on mandatory payments has been published

The Federal Tax Service has published information from organizations on their arrears in taxes, fees, insurance premiums, penalties and fines to the budget of the Russian Federation.

On the official website of the Federal Tax Service (FTS), a list of organizations with amounts owed on taxes, fees, insurance premiums and fines was published in open data format. The information is contained in XML format, available for download.

Now this information will be updated on the 10th day of the second month of each quarter of the calendar year and published on the FTS website four times a year. The next publication date is March 25, 2024. Previously, such information was published only once a year.

The publication of such data will allow interested parties to obtain data about their contractors, suppliers and partner companies.

At the same time, the company can check its counterparties using the Transparent Business service. This service contains information:

  • about the identification details of organizations;
  • about the main type of activity and the authorized capital;
  • about the address of the organization and the availability of information about its unreliability;
  • about the presence of false information about managers;
  • about the "massive" participation of management bodies in other companies;
  • on the inclusion of the organization in the Unified Register of Small and Medium-sized Businesses;
  • on the publication of messages in the journal "Vestnik gosudarstvennoi registracii".

When using the service, the user can get information:

  • from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
  • from the Register of Disqualified Persons;
  • from the Unified Register of Small and Medium-sized Businesses;
  • from the State Register of Accredited Branches and representative Offices of Foreign Legal Entities.
