Our experts are sought-after speakers at conferences and business meetings: in January 2025 alone, Lyubov Kuznetsova, Head of the Legal Department, was invited to speak at two key events of leading business associations.
On January 21, the SPIBA online conference "Regulation of digital rights in the Russian Federation: specifics and prospects for use in settlements" was held, which became a platform for communication between tax legislation experts on issues of trends in the use of digital financial assets and regulation of this industry.
Lyubov Kuznetsova became an active participant of the conference, speaking on the topic "Practical aspects of taxation of digital financial assets for income tax: accounting, reporting and tax risks". As part of the presentation, the Acsour expert spoke about the concept of "digital currency" for tax purposes, general rules for taxation of digital currency and taxation of digital currency mining.
The next invitation to an event on tax legislation was not long in coming: the annual AmCham Tax Conference was held on January 29. Lyubov also took part in the event and prepared a presentation on "Taxation of digital currencies and mining in Russia: key changes from 2025".
The unique topic of Lyubov’s presentation aroused wide interest among the participants: the rapid development of the mining sphere, the circulation of digital currencies and assets is associated with both new opportunities for business and significant risks.
