Acsour Client Feedback: the path of improvement

Regular client satisfaction surveys are an important process to maintain the high quality of Acsour services. We are glad to share our achievements with you and thank our clients and partners for their teamwork and high level of trust.

As you know, we have been among the market leaders in outsourcing accounting functions for many years. It is important for us to correspond this high status and the trust of our clients and partners.

As part of quality control, we have taken another step to develop and maintain an open dialogue with our clients: we conduct a monthly clients satisfaction survey. Since June of this year, each Acsour client will be able to share their opinions on cooperation in a comfortable format, thank team members, and mark growth points.

Due to the convenience of communication for the client and operational control, this tool makes it possible to respond to requests in a timely manner and improve the efficiency of conducting client projects.

The service level satisfaction survey consists of 2 blocks: the first is devoted to evaluating interaction with the company, the second is represented by a comment field that can be used by clients to share their opinions in detail.

We are proud to note that for six months our clients have been regularly sharing positive opinions about cooperation with us, and the average rating continues to be at a high level. Moreover, our clients regularly highly appreciate the responsiveness to emerging problems and questions, compliance with deadlines when completing tasks, simplicity and transparency of the data exchange process, convenience of the proposed communication methods, as well as the high level of interest and competence of individual Acsour employees.

Client feedback is a key tool that helps identify weaknesses and strengths, and think about what changes are needed to improve the quality of services. Acsour values open communication with clients and their willingness to share their opinions.
