Acsour company announces the launch of a new service to support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions among small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian market, including venture capital financing transactions, both for start-ups and for venture capitalists (funds and business angels).
The new partner of Acsour Kirill Vodolazov became the Head of the practice. Kirill has more than 15 years of professional experience, including in the field of corporate law, venture capital financing, M&A transactions. He graduated with a master's degree in law from the Australian Monash University, has a degree certificate in finance from the London School of Economics, completed a six-month course in entrepreneurship and venture capital financing at the Berkeley Business School, University of California. Kirill also teaches a course of lectures on venture capital at the Skolkovo Business Academy.
