- Risk analysis. The Prosecutor’s Office identifies categories of organizations with an increased likelihood of violations. For example, companies specializing in environmentally hazardous industries, as well as companies that have already violated the law.
- Coordination with regulatory authorities. In some cases, the Prosecutor’s Office cooperates with other state supervision and control bodies to eliminate duplication of inspections. Such supervisory authorities include: Rospotrebnadzor, Rostechnadzor, Rosprirodnadzor, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, the Federal Tax Service of Russia, the Labor Inspectorate (GIT), Roszdravnadzor.
- Consideration of complaints and appeals. When forming an inspection plan, complaints received, appeals from citizens and legal entities are taken into account.
- The use of information systems. The Prosecutor’s Office and other supervisory authorities use the Unified Register of Inspections (ERP) to plan and coordinate inspections.
- Publication of the plan. The inspection plan is drawn up annually and published on the official websites of the Prosecutor’s Office and in the Unified Register of Inspections. Acsour experts note that inspection plans are published both on the website of the Prosecutor General’s Office and on the websites of the department’s offices in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Information on regional websites is also available in the dedicated special units.

To receive information about the planned inspections of the company, it is necessary
- Go to the website of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation
- Select the "Activities" section and then the "Unified Register of control (supervisory) measures/The Unified Register of inspections".
- Go to the "Check Search" section.
- Enter the company’s INN in the search box and confirm the data with a verification code.
