A labour inspectorate will impose a fine, outside an audit, for the absence of a special evaluation

If a company does not conduct special evaluation before the end 2018, a labour inspector will fine it RUB 80,000.

Information regarding the carrying out of a special evaluation is included in the 4-FSS report filed with the Social Security Fund on a quarterly basis. The content of the document is automatically transmitted to the State Labour Inspectorate. Therefore, the State Labour Inspectorate does not have to conduct an audit.
