The Russian Ministry of Labour and Social Protection enacted Order No. 805n dated 23 November 2017, allowing employers not to include in an employment agreement provisions regarding amounts of soap to be distributed.
Now, an employer may choose to set out the provisions regarding the amount of detergents to be distributed among the employees either in employment agreements or in other internal regulations of the company.
It is no longer obligatory to record the distribution of detergents in an employee’s personal record card against his signature.
