The HR-evening dedicated to the communication with chiefs and development of partnership relations has been held on the 15st September in Saint Petersburg. Tatiana Modeeva, General Director, Acsour has participated as an expert. The idea of the meeting was based on challenges in the daily practice of HR-managers. The delegates discussed how should present projects to heads and interpret their covert needs.
The meeting was constructed as a business game between HR-managers and experts in the role of customer. The first task for HR-professionals was to present an idea to directors and to convince them of project’s benefits. The result was eloquent because only one from seven teams found success. The group of Mrs. Modeeva proposed her to buy software for automation of recruitment. “I asked to finalize this question. I didn’t have enough information for making a decision. Besides recruitment’s index, I was interested in another important figures such as employee turnover” – she said.
Then participants and experts discussed rules of effective cooperation. Everyone agreed that HR-managers should view their work from the perspective of benefits for business, understand goals and tasks of a company. With a glance to these recommendations audience held one more round of negotiations. In 15 minutes all teams solved the task successfully and found compromise solutions for HR-case.
Without a doubt results of the event will have a worthy application because received knowledges will help HR-managers to build and develop partnership relations with chiefs.
