Acsour will held the business breakfast "Due care when selecting a contract partner"
News \ 09.10.2017

In 2016, the tax inspectorate audited 26,043 companies. In one case out of every two, additional VAT was assessed in the tax inspectorate's favor. The way the organizations that are being audited interact with bad-faith suppliers has become the main reason for companies to suffer tax losses.

The results of tax audits carried out in 2016 showed that VAT accounted for almost half of the amounts of tax additionally assessed by the tax inspectors to the companies being audited.  It is precisely in this context that interaction with bad-faith suppliers causes losses.

What liability do senior managers bear for work with bad-faith suppliers? How can a company safeguard against problems with the tax inspectorate? What steps can be taken independently to check whether a partner company acts in good faith?

We invite you to take part in Acsour's business breakfast dedicated to the topic of ‘Due care when selecting a contract partner’.
