Employers will be able to learn in advance about scheduled audits for the next year
Legal Digest \ 22.05.2019
The Federal Service for Labour and Employment will post an annual plan of audits of companies on the regional websites of the State Labour Inspectorate (“SLI”) not later than 10 November.

Originally, employers could obtain such information not earlier than 1 December. Given the forthcoming changes, companies that are included in the list of scheduled audits for the next year will have more time to prepare for the arrival of labour inspectors.

Information regarding all scheduled audits is posted on the website of the General Prosecutor’s Office. To access it, the following data must be entered: company’s taxpayer’s identification code (in Russian, INN), principal state registration number (in Russian, OGRN) or a name. As a result, you may find out whether your company is included in the schedule of audits of the Federal Service for Labour and Employment and what the timeframes of the audit are.
