You will learn:

  • How to assess the psychological profile of a candidate and of an employee.

  • How to see, with the help of simple technologies, the model of the character and specific features of a candidate during a job interview and, subsequently, of an employee.

  • How to understand the structure of employees' values and motives, habits and issues, life principles and beliefs. How to forecast, identify and assess risks when HR decisions are made.

  • How to control motivation and beliefs.

  • How to target, and how to prevent adverse consequences.

  • You will learn how to 'read' people.

3.20pm – 4.00pm. Lunch, networking.
