News \ 26.02.2019
The round table: “Regulatory and supervisory activity in the area of labour in a new environment: paperless technologies, online platforms, etc.” will be held on 28 February within the framework of the International Labour Forum in St. Petersburg. The main organizer of the event is the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham). Acsour will present the results of joint research.

The Forum is the largest platform for discussing the labour market and the development of human capital. Every year, within the scope of the Forum’s business programme, leading industry experts discuss the main market trends; they share international cases and the results of frontline research, as well as cases of the best global practices.

On the first day of the business programme, AmCham will hold a round table dedicated to the development of regulatory and supervisory activity in the sphere of labour. Participating in the event will be Denis Vasiliev, Deputy Head of the Federal Service of Labour and Employment, and Pavel Chervyakov, Head of the Department overseeing the rights of entrepreneurs at the Directorate for compliance with federal legislation in the St. Petersburg Prosecutor’s Office.

By applying cutting-edge technologies, regulatory authorities are switching over to a risk-oriented approach for planning their activities, while employers are able to prepare themselves for a visit by an inspector by undergoing an online check and rectifying violations before the actual inspection. The Forum will consider the first results of the digitalization of regulatory and supervisory activity and will determine the trends in the development of online services.

Valentina Alexandrova, Head of the Audit Strategic Projects Department at Acsour, will demonstrate to AmCham members the results of an assessment of the automation of HR record management. She will speak about the statutory barriers impeding technological solutions from being used to the fullest extent.
