The annual legal forum Business Law was held on September 25-26, which aims to create a strong community of legal experts and lawyers in the field of business law and solution of key issues associated with companies’ recovery from the current crisis.
Anna Khrustaleva, Head of Acsour’s Legal Department, spoke on the first day of the conference on the topic of interest “Labour market 2.0: what should employers and lawyers pay attention to now?”.
Over the past six months, the number of controversial issues in the field of labour law has increased significantly, because business owners had to make prompt decisions: transfer employees to remote working, issue new internal regulatory documents and significantly optimize business processes. The purpose of Anna’s speech at the conference was to consider and provide a solution to the difficulties that have arisen owing to the new coronavirus pandemic.
During the speech, Anna talked about the special characteristics and errors of switching to remote working and the rules for maintaining external and internal personnel electronic document flow. In addition, Anna talked about how to check the good faith of employees’ and applicants’ labour in case of remote mode of work, and also touched base on the nuances of documenting of labour relationships with both Russian and foreign citizens.
