We inform
you that the order of the Government of the Russian Federation
No. 1170-r dated 29/4/2020 introduced
amendments into the order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 635-r
dated March 16, 2020 and No. 763-r dated March 27, 2020.
According to
these changes:
- temporary restrictions on foreign citizens entering Russia have been extended indefinitely;
- the list of persons who are allowed to enter the Russian Federation has been expanded: now it is also allowed to persons involved in the adjustment and maintenance of foreign-made equipment, and to participants in the Government program to assist in the voluntary relocation of Russian expatriates to the Russian Federation;
- citizens of the Russian Federation who have a different citizenship or a resident card in a foreign state are allowed to leave the Russian Federation once for a place of permanent residence.
