According to the new presidential Decree, if a foreign citizen’s temporary stay / residence or registration in the Russian Federation expires in the period from March 15 to June 15, 2020, this term will be automatically suspended for this period. In addition, no decisions will be made until June 15:
– On cancellation of previously issued visas, work permits, patents, temporary residence permits, resident cards and certificates of government program participants;
– On the forfeit of the status of refugee, temporary shelter.
