Resumption of work of the Federal Tax Service bodies

The Federal Tax Service bodies posted information about the resumption of work on reception and service of taxpayers from July 6, 2020 on its official website.

According to published data, the reception will be carried out as normal without an appointment. However, the operating halls of the territorial tax authorities will work in the following mode:

• Monday and Wednesday – from 9 a. m. to 6 p. m.;
• Tuesday and Thursday – from 9 a. m. to 8 p. m.;
• Friday – from 9 a.m. to 4.45 p. m.

Please note that if cases of coronavirus have been detected on the territory of tax authorities, the above changes will not apply to them.

It is recommended to find out about the information on exact working hours of tax inspectorates on the official website of the Federal Tax Service in the section “Contacts and appeals” specifying the region you need. If a visit to the supervisory authority require a certain time, it is possible to plan a visit using the “Online appointment to the inspectorate” service.

It is necessary to visit the Federal Tax Service only with the use of individual protective gear in accordance with the requirements established within a specific region. At the same time, the Federal Tax Service bodies recommend using the following methods of interaction with tax inspectors in order to reduce the spread of coronavirus infection:

• using the Taxpayer’s personal account;
• using online services;
• transferring documentation via special boxes located on the territory of the tax inspectorate or by mail;
• contacting the Unified Contact centre.
