Starting from 2020, employers will be automatically fined for the absence, in the official information system, of information regarding the results of the special assessment of work conditions (SAWC).
An employer must enter information about the outcome of a SAWC in the common database of the Federal State Information System of Records of SAWC results (FSIS SAWC).
If information regarding the workplaces subsists for over a year or is absent from the system, this will constitute the ground for an automatic fine.
Only those employers with respect to which the labour inspectorate will conduct scheduled and non-scheduled audits will face sanctions before 2020.
