On February 27, Acsour will take part in the St. Petersburg International Labour Forum, which is Russia’s largest event in the field of labour and developing human capital. The Labour Forum traditionally brings together the leading specialists in personnel management, safety and labour protection across the regions of Russia, CIS countries and the world. The agenda includes a discussion of issues associated with labour productivity, national and social projects, proficiency enhancement, migration policy, HR technologies, and many others.
With the current state of affairs across the world, a company can find its strategy changing every six months. In the context of global digital transformation, the requirements for employees are changing rapidly, as are the standards of the work of HR specialists.
What trends in personnel management are prevailing today? How should we implement effective staff development models? Can the existing legal framework adapt to these changes? We will discuss all these matters at the round table “New personnel management models in new conditions: is the market ready, is the legislation ready?”, which is part of the Forum’s business program.
Valentina Alexandrova, Head of the Acsour’s Audit Department, will speak at the meeting on the topic “The latest trends for labour market regulation”. During her speech, Valentina will give an expert examination and an explanation of the most controversial points of employment legislation, such as the use of cloud technologies, information security and the use of personal data, electronic document management in companies, and many other issues. In addition, the speaker will share the latest cases from litigation practice. We will be glad to see you at the event on February 27 at 10:00 a.m. in hall B3-B5!
