New digital project “Work without borders”

On July 1, 2021, the international search system “Work without borders” was launched, allowing employers to obtain access to the national databases of vacancies of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union.

“Work without borders” is a joint digital project developed by the members of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The EAEU includes such countries as Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia.

The platform presents a list of existing information databases of vacancies of the EAEU member states:

1. Gorts System (Armenia);
2. Information portal of the State Employment Agency of the Republic of Belarus;
3. Electronic labour exchange “Work” (Kazakhstan);
4. Employment Portal (Kyrgyzstan);
5. The database of vacancies “Employment in Russia”.

Access to the platform can be obtained by registering an employer in one of the national systems. Registration on the website “Employment in Russia” is carried out through the unified State services portal. It is possible to register on the websites of other countries by specifying only an e-mail address and password. After registration, employers are given the opportunity to:

• carry out the recruitment from the EAEU countries;
• obtain access to information about applicants contained in the national information systems of the EAEU;
• interact with applicants.

The search for vacancies is carried out in the corresponding section. A flexible filter system allows to set up the most effective search and find the necessary vacancy. If the candidate responds to the vacancy, the employer will receive a notification about it. Also, it is possible to find answers to questions about working with the platform in the “Help” section.
