The Office of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation has produced a summary plan of scheduled audits of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for 2019.
To check whether your company has been included in the above list, please refer to the special section of the website of the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation. From this service, you can also learn:
– which supervisory authority will audit the company;
– the purpose and form of the audit;
– the month when the audit will start; and
– the duration of the audit.
If a search via the service has produced no results, this means that your company is not on the list and no scheduled audits will be performed in 2019. Please note that the plan does not contain any information about certain types of audits, such as tax, currency control and customs audits.
We remind you that, from 1 January 2019 until 31 December 2020, a prohibition has been established on the conduct of scheduled audits for small businesses included in the Unified Register of Small- and Medium-Sized Business Entities. If the moratorium is breached, this will result in the audit results being invalid.
