The Prosecutor General’s Office of#nbsp;the Republic of#nbsp;Kazakhstan has published lists of#nbsp;preventive control and supervision of#nbsp;companies for the first half of#nbsp;2024.
In#nbsp;a#nbsp;special section on#nbsp;the website of#nbsp;the Prosecutor General’s Office of#nbsp;the Republic of#nbsp;Kazakhstan, you can check if#nbsp;your company has been included in#nbsp;the lists of#nbsp;preventive control and supervision with visits to#nbsp;control subjects.
These lists provide an#nbsp;enumeration of#nbsp;files broken down by#nbsp;areas of#nbsp;control and supervision. Each file contains the following information:
the name of#nbsp;the object and subject being checked
individual identification number /business identification number
location of#nbsp;the object being checked
risk group
the category of#nbsp;entrepreneurship
date of#nbsp;state registration.
The subject of#nbsp;preventive control with a#nbsp;visit to#nbsp;the subject (object) of#nbsp;control and supervision and (or) verification is#nbsp;compliance by#nbsp;the subjects of#nbsp;control and supervision with the requirements set out in#nbsp;the checklists. In#nbsp;case of#nbsp;detection of#nbsp;a#nbsp;violation of#nbsp;the requirements of#nbsp;the checklist, an#nbsp;appropriate order is#nbsp;issued on#nbsp;the application of#nbsp;rapid response measures.
If#nbsp;your company is#nbsp;not on#nbsp;this list, then it#nbsp;is#nbsp;not subject to#nbsp;control and/or supervision.
We#nbsp;remind you that in#nbsp;accordance with the Entrepreneurial Code of#nbsp;the Republic of#nbsp;Kazakhstan, preventive control is#nbsp;divided into:
for preventive control without visiting the subject (object) of#nbsp;control and supervision;
for preventive control with a#nbsp;visit to#nbsp;the subject (object) of#nbsp;control and supervision;
control purchase.
Preventive control without visiting the subject (object) of#nbsp;control and supervision is#nbsp;carried out on#nbsp;the basis of#nbsp;studying and analyzing the reports provided by#nbsp;companies and other information, including those obtained from information resources and systems.
The results of#nbsp;the analysis are the basis for the selection of#nbsp;subjects (objects) of#nbsp;control and supervision for preventive monitoring with visits.
Preventive control with a#nbsp;visit to#nbsp;the subject (object) of#nbsp;control and supervision and (or) inspections are carried out by#nbsp;performing one of#nbsp;the following actions:
visit of#nbsp;the subject (object) of#nbsp;control and supervision by#nbsp;an#nbsp;official of#nbsp;the control and supervision body;
request for necessary information related to#nbsp;the subject of#nbsp;preventive control with a#nbsp;visit to#nbsp;the subject (object) of#nbsp;control and supervision and (or) verification;
summoning the subject of#nbsp;control and supervision in#nbsp;order to#nbsp;obtain information on#nbsp;his compliance with the requirements provided for in#nbsp;paragraph 2 of#nbsp;Article 132 and paragraph 3 of#nbsp;Article 143 of#nbsp;the Entrepreneurial Code of#nbsp;the Republic of#nbsp;Kazakhstan.
