In order to correspond the high status and trust of our clients and partners, we have taken another step and launched a marketing study "The effectiveness of using the accounting outsourcing function in companies".
As part of the research, we are conducting a comprehensive study of the experience of small and medium businesses in Russia that have used accounting outsourcing. Representatives of organizations share their experience of cooperation with outsourcing companies in the field of accounting through interviews and surveys. In the research, we study all stages of the company’s interaction with an outsourcing service provider from the formation of an application to the end of cooperation.
Special attention is paid to:
evaluating the effectiveness of outsourcing
defining a provider selection strategy
determining the composition of the necessary services
formation of the customer’s expectations map
identification of obstacles at different stages of interaction
As a result of the research, our experts will determine recommendations on the use of outsourcing accounting services for the development of small and medium-sized businesses.
