The Federal Tax Service (FTS) has expanded the list of information about the bankruptcy of companies included in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE).
Previously, when checking contractors, it was possible to find information about the fact that the company had been declared bankrupt and the beginning of the sale of its property (opening of bankruptcy proceedings). Now, the register of the FTS online service will automatically include information about the beginning of the bankruptcy procedure regarding a specific legal entity. Among other matters, it will be possible to find information about its rehabilitation procedures: external management and financial restructuring.
We remind you that companies can also use a number of other online services to check the good faith of contractors:
– the “Transparent business” service;
– the service of the Federal Bailiff Service;
– the Justice service;
– the service of the Register of bad-faith suppliers;
– the service of the Commercial Case File.
The specialists of Acsour’s Legal Department are ready to answer your questions about the use of each of the listed electronic resources, and to minimize risks by conducting a thorough check of contractors.
