At the outset of our cooperation, our task was to systemize company’s internal processes, taking into account the specific features of the IT sphere. As a result, we, together with Genesys’ management and financial department, managed to implement measures which contributed to the company’s successful development: •The company was included in the register of accredited IT companies which enables it to apply statutory benefits, such as reduced rates of insurance contributions, the possibility of hiring foreign highly qualified specialists and the right to be excluded from the established depreciation procedure. •We have prepared calculations and drawn up documents confirming the company’s eligibility for reduced rates of insurance contributions, which enabled it to save a significant amount. •We have developed internal by-laws regulating main processes. The documents we have drafted enable the company to mitigate financial, tax and administrative risks. •We have automated the retrieval of inputs from 1C to draw up monthly reports for the headquarters, which enabled the company to reduce labour costs involved in the process. • We have deployed the portal for data exchange between Genesys and Acsour which secures reliable data storage and continuous access to documents.

Before they started work, Acsour’s specialists studied Espersen’s technologies and specific aspects of production processes from the ground up. This helped us to design an accounting system containing all scenarios and to make provision for specific aspects connected with both the industry and the planned growth of the enterprise. Over 5 years of our cooperation, Espersen’s capacities have grown 10 times, with all changes being seamless and entailing no interruptions for accounting processes. A warehouse inventory system has been developed and automated. The systems allow there always to be accurate information regarding product stock and enhance production processes. Drawing up rules for the drawing up and submission of accounts to the client’s headquarters in the USA: the management accounts were brought into line with the company’s accounting data. The document has been unified to comply with Russian and foreign accounting standards.

A 15% saving as compared with the previous tax period in relation to the main customer (Azul Systems (USA)) of services having revised the contractual terms and conditions in terms of pricing and the application of cost plus fee method. The profit tax risks have been reduced by RUB 300,000. Acsour’s specialists have audited the costs of the previous period and corrected accounting errors. Moreover, a secondment policy has been developed which helped to reduce profit tax risks and save the client’s money. Together with our client, we have developed a project plan and defined its scope. Acsour’s advisers conducted a reconciliation of accounts pertaining to taxes and levies of the production facility. At the project launch, it was identified that owing to the specific nature of the industry of the company and the existing calculation system for the record of employees’ cumulative hours worked, the company paid for many underperformances. In addition, the maintenance of time sheets was organized sub-optimally, which increased the risk of punitive sanctions from supervisory authorities. As a result of the work carried out jointly with the client, the payroll accounting system has been optimized for the record of employees’ cumulative hours worked, that are employed in production. This made it possible to reduce labour costs, as well as eliminate financial and legal risks.
